Just put the tie rod sleeves they make to adapt to the 73 and up outer tie rods. No need to change the rest.

Thats my number 1 option. I was just thinkin simplicity if i get the whole front end from the 73 up and just roll it under. Is the steering components for the 63 equivilant to the 73 up components?
