help bleeding hydrolic clutch
hey guys, i need help bleeding out my clutch on my 87 1 ton, i can get fluid to get to the slave and when pumping the clutch, fluid squirts out the breather for holding the fluid, do i have a bad master? hope this makes since, thanks!!

Check to make sure there's no dirt in the line, the slave cylinder's are easy to replace and not that expensive. Easier to bleed with two people. Glad my 83 is mechanical, the 88 R30 1 ton I had was like your's, couldn't bleed it either because of it sitting for so long before I got it (must of gotten rust and dirt in the line from swapping engine/trans or something) Good Luck

the truck has been sitting 2 years, the only thing i thought was it was pretty much gravity bleeding it self, but when you pumped it up it was squirting back up the breather hole in the brake fluid holder. making me think the seals or somthing are bad in the master
