Any ideas?

Hey guys this noise is doing my head in any ideas what it is? On my c10. The flickering ticking noise sounds like it could be a relay of some sort. Video on YouTube

Well, do you have all of these items in properly working order and not jury rigged in some way or not working at all?
horn,
turn signals,
4-way flasher,
backup lights,
brake lights,
headlights

Do you have anything broken that should normally work and that I didn't list? Do you have any modifications to the truck such as tracking devices, kill switches, relays installed to do things, electric windows?

It is obviously something loose it only happens when it is moving trying to talk my misses into getting on the floor and having a look while I’m driving LOL

Reach up in there and shake bunches of those wires gently and see if you can reproduce the sound. If you think it may be a relay, keep disconnecting wires and looking for it. Your idea of being on the floor while it is happening is a good one.

Yeah did that rattled wires, missus has no idea lol and I can’t get under there while she drives it. I’m 6’2 and it’s hard to get upside down, I just put heaps of wading up there and put the panel on, can hardly hear it now

No but it is fixed, I took it to an auto electrician he drove it ,grabbed all the relays while driving, found the problem one and cut it out, now the lights in the back of the tray don’t work so I’m assuming it was the relay for those. I’ll get them going again one day really no need for them at the moment
