Info - Jegs is/was $10 cheaper than Summit. May all be made by same manufacturer -- import - dunno. 15 years ago mine came from LMC -- fit well also.

I haven't checked lately but there used to be two different manufacturers. One was made like the originals and one didn't have the metal stiffener molded in. The one without the stiffener didn't fit worth crap and flopped all over the place when you picked it up. Also the front edge was wavy and didn't lay flat on the dash when installed. Make sure the one you get has the stiffener in it.

I bought mine from LMC, it seems to fit well. If you do go with LMC, don't use the supplied nuts in the kit. The lock nuts provided go on extremely hard and will break off the studs inside the dash pad. Don't ask how I know...

Bought mine from SOKY ,made in USA ,have to look at box to see who made it .Bought the wrong color (Black) instead of Blue so ordered and used the blue one .Fit was good .

I got mine from Classic Parts. It's studs fit the original holes well, and it looks great. The key is to hand tighten the nuts that hold it down so you don't warp it. I held a socket in my hand to 'hand tighten" the one I put on Old Roy.

The same subject came up six months ago, it went on for pages, with no clear consensus. LockDoc is right about the metal liner, after that you seem to be at the mercy of guy who built the pad as to whether it will fit the holes in the dash without filing or grinding. My tip for installing is to only snug the fasteners other wise you will deform the pad and cause it to have waves. (Things learned the hard way). Remember the Counterparts pad I bought last spring may have a different manufacturer today but the same box. By the way I am happy with mine.
Good luck.
