Subject to correction -- I'm gonna say "NO", as the S10 gear box bolts to the inboard side of the frame, whereas the C10 box bolts to the outboard side.

The question begs to be asked.. Since pre 72 C/10 power steering gear boxes are very readily available, why are you looking at other applications?

Go get it then.. If nothing else, you can sell it for scrap and put the money toward one that WILL fit...

Installing used power steering components are a gamble.. Most of the time what you wind up with is a leaker... I put a Cardone reman on my truck about 4 years ago.. Paid about $200 for it (with core exchange).. Haven't had any problems with it..
