turn signal indacator help
 

hey guys. need help the turn signal indacators on my 71 k10 come on when you turn the lights on. what causes this and how do you fix it?

if they are on the dash solid but still flash when the indicator is turned on check the bulb mine recently started to do it. my marker light is out but the blinker filiment is still fine

could be a bad ground in the turn signal lamps

replace the turn signal switch. I just had the same problem and this fixed it.

This usually happens when the dash harness ground is loose or has come lose from the dash lip close to the ignition switch
