Right blinker/brake light not getting power. Help!

I have an '86 silverado and only the rear right turn/stoplight isn't working. I traced the wires back to the bulkhead on the firewall and the wire that goes to the blinker isn't getting power.

Not getting power at the bulkhead? I would think switch at this point. Wait...no brake light on the right side as well?

Yes there is no brake light either on the right.
