Re: Where to buy RetroSound equipment

Nearly a year ago I purchased a Retrosound Model One from LMC because they were just a couple bucks cheaper than the RetroSound web site but more importantly they actually had some in stock, and the factory web site said out of stock. I see the same situation is true today.

I've been very pleased with my Model One. Perhaps the feature I appreciate most is the remote, which was not what I expected when I first bought the unit. I see the Model Two's have Bluetooth, which may be important to some but didn't make much difference to me. The Two's also have pre-outs for subwoofers, which would be nice to have that the One does not have.

I found the model 2 cheaper on eBay than there website by 50$ so that is why I asked. I was wondering if we had another source here on the board.
The model 1, I bet they stopped making as they are out of stock and the website talks a lot about the Zuma and model 2.
Thanks
Scott

Good catch, i'd be a little weary buying something like this off of flea-bay.

Yep that's what I found. I think I am going to order the model 2 from Crutchfield and the face relocation extension wire. So I can put the bulk of the radio behind the glove box and leave room for the speaker and ac vent Hoses etc.
anyone know the actually stock speaker size off hand? Is it 4x10 or 4x8 or 6x8 for example?
