Since a number of my PMs received are ratio questions I have decided to start posting charts as a searchable thread. At this time please don't post a missing chart, but instead email to me at highdesertdog1969-longhorn@yahoo.com so that format and clarity can be maintained. My intent is for 67-72 C10-30 and K10-20 series. If there is interest in others, say G vans, please let me know.

SSTim - I'm one of those people who needs charts, diagrams, pictures or just plain hands on. Someone could describe something til blue in the face but I can't visualize it until its in front of me...so these types of charts help. It says my k20 has 4.57s and I always thought it had 4.10s. Thanks for posting this info.

Helps me out a ton. Given I had an idea of what gears I have due to only going a top speed of 55 with a 4spd. And hoping I don't grenade my motor ha ha.

Thanks for the kind words and support. When I started this I thought it would be an easy searchable data base for everyone. But I still to post more that I have and secure charts I don't have but that should be soon.
To all of you who used the poll thanks. It was intended to see if the was a weighting of specifc years people wanted this sort of information for. So far it is almost a dead heat. But only about a third of the viewers have left a poll response. If you have used the charts and have not left checks for the years you look up please do. Idealy everyone who comes and looks up a vehicle should leave a check for each year they want a result for.

Depending on what you have an extrapolation between 69 and 71 should cover you.

So not seeing a chart for the '67 model year, would it be safe to say that I have 3.73 gears? Original truck was a bare bones no frills model with an inline 6, 3-spd manual, 2wd. I accidentally ground off the numbers while installing the suspension.
