Jeff-

I just got mine in the mail today. These brackets are awesome! You hit it out of the park with these things. I can't believe the quality! They are worth every penny.

Thanks again,

Yes I will take a postal money order, and yes I will combine shipping if more than one set is purchased...two sets would be $120 vs. $130 if purchased seperately.

Looks like $10 more, making the total $75. My PayPal is jdrew@73-87.com

They are angled...so I am not exactly sure what measurement you need.

You can install these, put the speakers in, and still have your bench seat all the way back. If that helps to answer the question.

I bought a set of these 6x9 brackets a while back and never posted about them until now. They fit snug in either corner at about a 45 degree angle. I've got a stock bench which goes all the way back so there's nothing is in the way after installing them. I'd like to get low pro buckets in place of the bench, it'll open up more space for the 6x9's to really shine. The sound is just aimed at the back coner and side of the bench for now.

okay jeff measure inbetween where the inner part of the bracket hits the back wall of cab. basically how wide of a box would fit between the brackets

I cut a piece of wood to go between mine. Seems like it was 56 1/2 if I remember correctly.

I recently purchsed these speaker brackets for my 77 GMC short box, unfortunatly the top of the bracket interfered with the seat belt, I had to cut off the bottom mounting bracket and one inch off of the top and cut a small relief in the bottom right corner for the dome light wiring and then used self drilling screws to attach to the bottom of the cab. All in all it worked out but not a perfect fit.
