Bad deal with dtkarst

Back on May 23, 2013 I sent dtkarst $55 for the mirrors in this add http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=570598 I wrongly posted in the add $60 but it was $55. I never received the mirrors. I sent several PM's and I few emails with no response. Last October he did respond to a PM and he stated he would PayPal me a refund shortly. I understand he and his brother post under the same name and there are health issues involved, but I don't think this is an excuse to take someones money.

I sent him a link to this post. One thing I do find a bit concerning is the dual use of an account. It is not allowed simply for this reason. There is no reason at all that two accounts can not be used
