Gauge cluster difference?

Hey guys, I'm confused here. Shouldn't a 1968 gauge cluster work on a 1970 truck? I found this place that is selling the 1968 version considerably cheaper than the 1970.

The difference is in the chrome bezel. 68 has the wiper switch below the headlight switch and has a choke hole on the passenger side.

The 70 cluster has the wiper switch on the passenger side.

If you already have a new bezel then you could purchase the 68 version and swap the bezel, if not you will be money ahead by getting the 70 version for your truck as a new bezel itself from them is $60

Oh I see, thanks man! Clearly I'm a noob with these trucks. Learning so much though.
