1976 Chevy Cheyenne 2500 4X4 - $2,000 This truck must be the big brother to my 1976 c10! It has the exact same interior colors!
Only difference is this truck has A/C and the higher trim level door panels and wrong exterior color but it looks to be repainted.
Anyway this looks like it might make a nice project for someone!

Agree, that's a nice one ShortHaul. Truly a purpose built camper rig. The horizontal shocks were part of the "Elimi-Pitch" package, a subset of the Z83 Deluxe Camper RPO. They're designed to help control sway associated with cabover campers. Note the cowl overhead camper brackets - they are also part of the same RPO. Interesting that the horizontal shocks are painted body color, I don't think I've seen that before.

I have been watching this 69 Panel go from 9Gs to 5500 now... I used to see it driving around but, the guy took it off the guy took it off the road and put it in storage. It looks like a suburban with no doors or windows. Would be cool to make into something cool and bag it. I looked online and havent seen one picture that has one looking cool though.. prob a lost cause. If it was a burb, it would be in my garage!

Do they not use salt up in Washington and Oregon? They always seem to have some really rust free trucks and prices are pretty normal too.

Going to Tennessee on vacation soon and hope to maybe find a square down there that isn’t a overpriced mess

Depends on where in the West. Reno/Tahoe started using salt and brine about 8 years ago. It sucks

in new york state if its over 10 years old the od info is not required at the time of title transfer or reg update . most people put it on tho not knowing . so good luck getting accurate info .
