The 14 and 43 indicate you have a 3.07 gear ratio. 43 divided by 14 is 3.07142857. A great highway gear.

I believe F 29 0 means the following:
F = June
29 = 29th day of the month
0 = 1970

That makes sense, then the 7 70 would mean July 1970 then.
