92 Dream Sled

Welcome to my world. Well I've got a 92 standard cab. Iron Duke, 5 speed. Right now it's droped 5 in the front, Mono leaf and 4" block in the rear. I'm startin this thread because I've been catching slack from some of the other board members "Dave, Dennis".

Well I dont have any pics of it right now, but will get them today.

Plans: Well I plan on bagging it here soon. I have most of the stuff to do it. Front will be bagged on SD upper cups, 2500 Dom II's, Plated lower arms and MMW upper flat plate arms. Rear will be done with 2x2 bar in stock hangers with bag offset infront of tire. I'm building a offset wishbone. It will be a slow build since I'm lazy.

Sounds good can't wait to see some progress pics. You may want to go with 2600's in the front they take less pressure to lift and give you a better ride up front, I am running RE7's in the front of my sonoma.

Sorry guys didn't get any pics. Wife got some teeth pulled so had to take care of her and the kids.

Also I have a new to me core support. I wrecked my truck into my fence. Well I should say it drove by itself into my fence.

The front clip was replaced when it crashed itself into my fence.

Thanks 66 it needs a lot of work, and it's going to be a slow build. I've got too many house projects to finish right now. And about to start welding school.

Re: 92 Dream Sled

I just scored a set of LCA's from Jason at SD. All I have to pay is shipping. This way I can go ahead and plate the arms and be ready to do the front end in one weekend. Then next weekend will probably be the rear. But this is still probably gonna be put off till next month.

I'm thinking I need another set of bags, but I have all the rest of the air ride stuff. I might sell one of my 480's to fund some other little things I need. I have a extra thomas compressor I could use as a back up. And my tanks only a 5gal so one 480 is enough.

I know I haven't posted in awhile, but I just ordered a bunch of stuff from QuilityAirRide (SD). I'm going to be building my own 5 link and got all the rod ends and another set of bags. So hopefully soon I'll be starting the build up.
