Yes Sir, it should work fine if you're using the stock truck style intake and coil packs. I didn't install it, I ran across a really good deal on an LS6 and used the engine covers that came with it. These are pictures off the web.

Steve, the engine cover shouldn't interfere with the battery at all. I still need to get it sent out, been crazy busy with work. I'll PM you my phone #, if you have any additional questions feel free to give me a yell.
