Full floor with supports
Wow, I was just getting ready to buy the full floor pan for my truck, when I noticed, on the Goodmark website, they are now offering the full floor pan "including all the floor supports already welded in"!!
No one even offers the z supports that run from front to back. I was going to have to make due and fix them. It also has the rear cab support all the way across the back. The picture is a lot better than the one for just the floor and now I can see it does include the inner rockers too. I wish I didn't just buy all 4 floor supports, drat. |

I tried to order it. Goodmark said two months minimum for delivery. Seems they don't actually have the floors in stock yet. They are still being made.

Oh wow, that's awesome -- Any price on that?

Re: Full floor with supports
I think the price is $499.

Re: Full floor with supports
Now we're talking. I spoke with them a couple of months back and they were looking into it.

Re: Full floor with supports
That's a heck of a deal.
I notice that it's a "low hump" -- would I be able to make one into a "high hump" by cutting out the offending metal and drilling a few holes to attach my hump? (I'm afraid if I say "hump" again this thing is going to get censored!) |

I don't see why that wouldn't work :D |
Re: Full floor with supports
I have almost finished my floor install. I would not have needed all of that, but it does save you from welding the floor supports. What a bear!

Re: Full floor with supports
I could have used that awhile back in my 72 orange and white. Nice to know if i need one down the road. Hay, maybe we are getting closer to new steal cabs!

Re: Full floor with supports
I just wonder how well will it hold up verses the original

Re: Full floor with supports
Shippping could be interesting too ---but, I know a lot of guys who would gladly pay $499. to avoid cutting, welding, patching, piecing, etc.

My original was patched and snowballed together at least 15 years ago. Can't imagine this could be a whole lot worse. |
