I checked one of my parts books and the Blazer use a frame assembly instead of just the rocker. The frame assembly was a rocker, a-piller and included the part above the door. A complete assembly, but I believe the rocker would still work.

Here are pictures of the K5's door jam. Do you think I could use the rocker Koop?

I checked my gm part book and the pickup and blazer do use the same door. That being said I would believe the rocker would fit.
