Have you looked to see if you can get to the top side of the nut area? You might have to remove some interior pieces, and see about either holding it with something or tack welding it back. Don't leave that will cause more problems down the road.

been there when i did the body lift on my 91 s10 extended cab 4x4. i tore part of the interior out then drilled an 1/8 hole from the underside and measured it. trandsfer that measurment to the inside floor. using a holesaw i opened the floor up got the nut reposioned welded it. last weld a the piece in that you cutout with the holesaw put the int back together. finished! it's time cousuming but it is the easiest way that i found to fix it.

When the eninge was out did you bend the firewall flange rearward so you can get them next time?
I found I could get at the top one from above for install (couldn't get on it direct enough to break it loose for take-out).

For the body bolt, we used to drill a small hole right next to the nut , just outside the socket on the bolt head. Then we would run a small bolt up there so when the nut spun it would jam against the bolt.

the better repair is the cut and weld above.
