Very nice! What do you guys use for the base to cover?

We start with a really nice reproduction pad. But we can also recover an original.

Any installed photos? Is it thicker than factory style? Also does it get rid of the common ripples that aftermarket ones have

Re: Custom vinyl covered dash pads with french seam.

No photos of them installed yet... actually this is the first one I have gotten that's finished. I have found a source for some super nice dash pads... unlike the previous reproductions. This pad is sold already, but I can probably bolt it up to a spare dash I have and give you a better idea of the fit.

Contacted you a few months back on the Fawn buddy buckets, door panels and visors ... any way to have a dash pad covered in this SAME material? Thanks!

Actually the pad shown is covered in the fawn material, like the 67/68 buddy buckets we discussed. It's an exact match.

Would sandalwood vinyl be something you could do?

I am sure we can... PUI should have the vinyl available.

I dug out an extra dash to mount this pad to. It was a nice snug fit, and it lays down nice and flat.
