Top off
I took the top off and the windshield off the Jimmy so I can finish the paint.
Of course, sanding the windshield frame is taking some time. On the very top of the windshield....the drip rail around the front appears to have some sort of body seam sealer on the very top of it. I have taken out the most of it, but I'm pretty sure I need to fill it again. Is that what you guy's suggest? Thanks, Pat |
Re: Top off
use a 3M urethane seam sealer. Good stuff!
I used this stuff. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/MMM0...3m+seam+sealer You can find way cheaper online . |

Re: Top off
I ended up using enough to make the bead about 3/8"-1/2" wide when smoothed out.
