Inside Firewall Insulation

Finally got around to pulling the heater box on my '76 to replace the core. As shown in the attached pics (and as expected) the 40 year old insulation behind the plenum assembly is garbage now. I am wondering what would be a good replacement using modern materials? Can't find any reference to this stuff anywhere. Any ideas?

My plan for my vette is to put a coat of this
https://www.amazon.com/Als-Liner-ALS.../dp/B005Y14Q96 on the floors and firewall inside if I ever tear it down again, followed by something like this.
