Front drag link with stabilizer mount built-in?
 

I've got an open-knuckle disc brake Dana 44. It has a bolt-on mount for a steering stabilizer.
What years can I look for to get one that has the stabilizer's mounting boss cast into it?

I've never seen one cast in...is there such a thing?
Are you saying one end of the stabilizer mounts to the differential? As in its cast the the housing?
Or do you mean the axle side bracket is welded to the axle tube?

i know later years with the gm 10 bolt front got a tie rod end link with the tapered hole in it for the dampener to mount in . but the axles always have a weld on mount if factory .

maybe post up a pic or 2 of the setup you have now so we can verify .

Sorry, I wasn't clear.
I'm talking about the tie rod.
The one I have currently has a bolt-on damper mount that is attached with u-bolts/clamps.
I'd like to find one that has a boss cast into it.
What years should I be looking under?

1980's vintage with the 10 bolt front .

all the square body 4x4's had the hole in them for the stabilizer,not sure if those tie rods will work on our older trucks

The early (73-75?) dana 44 has the bracket welded to the axle on the driver's side of the axle tube. Later years & GM 10 bolt have the bracket welded to the axle tube near the pumpkin.

Your tie rod selection will depend on the location of your bracket. The tie rod I used is Moog P/N # DS841. My bracket is located on the driver's side. (hard to see - evertyhing is black!)
