What's up with all the ads?
 

Maybe I missed a post about this. Seems like the forum has turned into one ad for every two posts. Did something change?

Someone else was having weird issues like this.

He cleared his cache and rebooted his machine and it went back to normal.

Im personally having none of the issues you are.

They are back. I see them. I thought maybe I was logged out but that's not the case. Then I figured it's because I don't pay to use the site.

Yup, that is the type of thing I am seeing to. I think they are from Google. I see ads for weather stations and I was searching them the other day. So the ads are targeted.

I just rebooted and cleared the browser cache.
Back to normal for now. :smoke:

With these in place...I never see any of the annoying crap any more. Occasionally I will be required to open a site or article in another browser or in Incognito mode as to get past their 'no ad blocker' policy, but the overall browsing experience is now controlled by me, not by them.

BTW even though I'm a premium member here, this site does not care about ad blockers!

I am getting them as well, I shut down restart and they are back. Not sure what to do if they are on the forum?
