I made so many parts I ran out of silicone ,resin , and felt all in the same week.

just to clarify.

when you purchase you vents from me.

I do not offer chrome anymore. with your order you will get chrome prepping instructions. you get a template to cut the dash (if converting from a non A/C truck) ,also I include a couple recommendations where to send your vents to have them chromed. also I like the air box that nsb29 makes so his contact info is also included. Vintage Air 4 sure fit is a great after market system as well.

Jim,
I got my side vents in late last week. Excellent craftsmanship. Thanks for the speedy delivery. Ill post a pic of them installed 10 years from now once my truck is finished.

ive been working so hard this last month to get these parts out. I have contacted every person on the list and only about 10% responded. if your not ready just give me a month you have in mind when you think you are ready and I will add it to my notes. if you want off the list just tell me so I can move to the next person in line. thank you for working with me on this..

Jim or Bill, are these pics with AC installed? I was planning on getting the vintage air 4 sure fit but I thought the AC controls would be where the delete caps are in the pics shown. Didnt know if the controls with the pullout knobs would actually be there as part of the kit they sell. Or for that matter, the slider controls as well.All mine had was heater single pull knob on that left side.

yes that is installed

The original Deluxe heater controls with the three sliders will work with Vintage Air. This is the way I want to do my truck because I don't want to alter the original look of the dashboard with aftermarket controls.

i never had a factory air unit in any of my trucks working ? im wondering if the side vents you are doing -really help w/more air ? i just never could imagine the stock vents being enought for a crew cab or carryall ? anybody have any ideas ? also with the 134a - is it cooler than the r 12 ?? im sure the r-12 is very expensive & impossible to find ? not trying to hijack your site -just thought somebody here might know ?? im sure i will sign up for some side vents ?? thanks mike{now i need to practice my "fawn " painting skills -your pics look great !!}

These side vents that I created were intended for an aftermarket air conditioning but have the factory vents instead of the vents under the dash. I recommend using the Vintage Air 4 Sure Fit. With that system you can still use the factory Deluxe heater controls for the air conditioning system. And then add my side vents that have a factory look. And now you have brand new air conditioning in your old classic truck and it still looks Factory from 1965 or whatever year you have. this will work for 64-66. And you can use my side vents for 1960 through 1966
