Welcome aboard! Nice truck! Its your ultimate choice, but in my opinion....the 350 is boring to see anymore...to many out there...Great engine don't get me wrong...but no longer unique. :chevy:

Re: tn66step
found you a big back glass this morning, rick has one but not sure when we can get it, you might want to swing by there and check with him when you get a chance he said he would probably have to sell the whole cab, he didn't want to cut it up. might be better than what we have, might just fix it.

here is a few pictures of our progress, frame is just about finished, 4 wheel disc brakes, 2 1/2 drop spindles 5 inch rear drop springs and 1 inch drop springs in the front. 5 on5 lug pattern with helos maxx 18x9 all the way around. engine is a 350 4 bolt main, flat top pistons, comp hyd cam 480/496 lift demon 750 on a endurashine performer rpm intake, msd dist. crane roller rockers, comp push rods, plans are to go ahead and set the truck up for fuel injection which will include a frame mounted tank with walbro in tank pump with return which we will regulate while we run the demon for now, enjoy the pictures.

I am digging the looks of that motor! So Flip, Who's build is this anyway? LOL! |
Re: tn66step
it actually belongs to one of my best friends, jody. I am trying to get him to do this, but his wifes been having some health issues and hasn`t had time to do much lately. the motor is actually the first motor that was in my red truck and we have dressed it up quite a bit, endurashine intake, march pulleys, elite valve covers and breather. hopefully he can get some free time and start posting some more pictures, truck is completely disassembled and he bought a donor cab for a future big back glass conversion, cant wait till we get to cruise the rod run in both of them...

Re: tn66step
Very cool Flip!
Just saying, if that motor runs as good as it looks, it will be NO sled! I hope that everything works out well for him & the wife. it will be awesome to cruise with a freind that has the same interests! Looking forward to this build. |
Re: tn66step
