I just want to hook 4 6x9's and 2 10's to an amp. Can I run them through this?

That would work fine, you would have plenty of outputs to run multiple amps and ties into your stock setup.

All I care about is being able to play the iPod through it with a couple of amps. If I need a radio, the iPhone has a TuneIn radio app if I want to listen to the game or sports talk.
