I think you need to add on to that building. It's a bit on the short side.

Anyone ever wonder
Why
Chevy was so kind to tell us
If a truck was originally from California?

Yup. It started with cars in the mid-'60s having California-only mandated emission controls. Trucks caught up in the '72 model year. By 1976 the emission controls were all pretty much the same whether a California vehicle or a Federal emissions vehicle. This is why the rolling exemption of vehicles 25 years or older stopped rolling in 2001 in California. Only vehicles of model year '75 and older are now exempt.

Yes; while technically the equipment should be there, even California doesn't inspect the '75 and earlier vehicles. A lot of states don't inspect at all after some point, which is why Motor Trend got away with putting a monster 455 in an '80s Cutlass wagon. If the purchaser/winner took that car to sunny Cal, they would be hurting. This is why, except for my newer cars, I only run old iron. Currently, that is the truck in my sig, which, except for the HEI, happens to be SMOG legal. Sorry for the derail!

Game time !

I know it’s late, but It’s raining
And I’m just hanging out

All trucks could be ordered in just about any configuration
The 2 top of the line trucks had many options built in
Cheyenne and Cheyenne Super

What are the (7) options that came (standard)
—From the factory—
On a Cheyenne Super

That were markings that made Supers different from Cheyenne’s

There will be a prize, although I don’t know how it will be determined
And if
We come up with a (8th)
There will be a bonus prize

You can buy lunch if they were standard equipment
On Cheyenne’s as well as Supers

I’m sure we will find out the answer
From ‘The Experts’

Is there an 8. ?

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

Cheyenne's had chrome front bumpers standard.

#8, supers came with amp-oil-temp gauges
