Hung the radiator support and bolted on the door and fender . Both OEM pieces everything lined up pretty well even the rocker with a few 5 pound sledgehammer plows on a 2x4 . Came to the cab corner . It was a cluster ###! . It was almost like it was for an extended cab . Had to cut it into 3 pizza slices just to get it to line up. 5 hours I would rather not repeat. Other side is getting a few small pieces.

If anyone is doing cab corners stay away from the CHL brand

Should update the build. New cab counters and passenger rocker. Should have just made my own corners had to cut them all up to fit the truck. Drip rails so far are perfect

All painted today . I'm piecemealing it. Can't do the whole truck at once. Finish up the door jambs and cowl area next if the weather cooperates. Roof is going to be white not original to the truck but I want it that way

I like it specially for solid colors . Talked to a painter after the first coat didnt go well. He told me to not add the reducer . It calls for 4:1:1 he recommended just 4:1 .

New cab bushings . Still need to tourqe them down but it did raise the cab a good bit. Around 1/4 inch but it should come down after it torqued and settled. Decided black for the underside still needs another coat . Truck was basically only primed underneath no saddle paint that I could find
