Brake Light Issue

I have a 1965 C10. I completely rewired the truck using an AAW classic update kit. Up until 2 weeks ago all the lights worked on the truck...no problems. Then, recently, everything works, HL, blinkers, and tail lights except the passenger side brake light. The drivers side works fine...but no brake lights on the passenger side. The tails and blinker work on the PS...just not the brakes.
I checked connections for corrosion, but don't see anything obvious. I do have LED's with an LED flasher and they all work fine. I am stumped where to even look at this point...so I need some help please.

Re: Brake Light Issue

I believe this indicates a bad turn signal switch. The turn signal switch is responsible for passing the brake signal to the brake lights.

Correct. Try looking at your connector under the dash where it plugs into the harness. I've had a bunch of trouble with those connectors pushing the pins out are hitting a bump and they loose contact with each other.:chevy:

Thanks, I will take a look at my turn signal harness and see what I find.

Thanks to both of you! I have not had time to take the dash apart to get to the harness, but I did reach under and squeeze the connector "tighter" and the brake light is working again. I need to take it apart anyway since I am adding a hazard switch and need to install my new harness. Thanks again!
