A couple pics of her outside with the top on..
Ended up buying HP Tuners and am currently fumbling through tuning it up a bit. She runs pretty good with the 6.2 and six speed. Considering changing the 3.73's for 4.10's. The double OD has it reving about 1400 rpm's at 65mph. Would be nice to have the rpm's a little higher in the power band.

What crossmember did you use for the t case and is it in the stock location?

The transmission crossmember is in the stock location. I had to make a block to adapt from the np241 to the original holes in the crossmember. Was quite simple. I believe I used a piece of 1x2 square tubing.

How much clearance did that leave between firewall and engine/heads?

I would say a couple inches. It’s tucked in there pretty tight.

Beautiful build! Looking for some exhaust options for my 6.0 swap into my K5 and am searching for exhaust manifold/header options. Have heard great things about the Speed Engineering headers and even though they say not for 4x4 I wanted to confirm that these were the ones you are using that fit our frames:

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I’ve decided to let this one go at Barrett Jackson in January. It will be sold on Wednesday the 15th Primetime lot 724. Wish me luck, (oh and I just bought a 72 Highlander Blazer so stay tuned for that build).

Looks familiar! Great work so far. Always nice to see another one restored and back on the road.

lksdcvn- I like the height and stance of the black blazer in bottom picture. What are you running for wheel/tire size? Any suspension alterations (drop kit)? I like the look of the lowered blazers but I have a 4X4 and can't justify lowering a 4X4 and don't like the look of the high lifted blazers. Thinking about keeping stock height but making it look agressive with wheels and tires. I would like to remove any space in the fender wheels so not sure what my wheel/tire combo would be to get it dead on without lowering.
