[quote=timmytimm3;6029334]Coming along! As for setting that pic as your avatar, you need to resize it to what ever the forum allows.

If you are running windows, google for "windows image resizer powertoy" and download that. Then you can just right-click on the image and resize it to what ever you want, and save.[/QUOTE
Thanks man... I tried it but my pics are too big still:waah:

I actually want them to still flex a little so I don't rip my trailing arm crossmember instead. Too late now already blasted them and started priming them up lol.

Re: project bagged 63 c10

So as mentioned before now that I have a welder I want to weld everything lol so I hit a few spots and then got carried away rewelded the bottom of my back half. The welder I originally was using was using was running off a generator and was limited.... In my new area I have good power and get some halfway decent looking welds down so I am cleaning things up a bit for peace of mind.....

My father in law came by yesterday morning and picked up my trailing arms and blasted them for me and were waiting for me when I got home.... He's a good man I help him any chance I can
http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...AA99B05A51.jpg
http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...AAA4BA7D30.jpg

I smoothed them out a bit

Woke up a bit early and hit em with some etch primer before work

When I use the resize, it creates another picture and adds (custom) to the name. Make sure you upload the correct one.

The forum says "120 by 120 pixels or 34.2 KB (whichever is smaller)"

If you chose 120x120 and it still won't let you, maybe try 80x80 or 60x60?

Wow J, you are really moving along now !!
I need to practice on some heavier iron, so I can get my welds looking like that!

Keep up the good work bud, makes me not want to go to work today, but stay home and get stuff done on my build

looking good, it always helps to reweld it if you think you should! that way you dont have to worry about it later, say to yourself "i know i should have welded that"!!

Looks good man! Did you fab those notches or buy them pre-cut?

I just got a shipping notification for some steering parts from Porterbuilt. Getting anxious...

Got a little bit done tonight. Sliced up my last crossbrace up to make some brackets for a new one.
http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...A8819EAA95.jpg
http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...A89391224F.jpg

And with the help of a friend pushed the truck out and turned it around and was able to get the motor and trans mounted back in and to my surprise everything seems to fit just fine...pretty happy I won't have to use the high hump.

Well had a busy weekend doing family stuff again. No real progress just pretty much cleaned out most of my junk out of my old bay. And did some more driving lessons with my little one lol. She seems to have the hang of it!
http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...655B568727.jpg
Then she wanted to go in the garage and see daddy's cool truck...
After cleaning a bit she wanted to drive the truck too so I let her take it for a spin lol!

And placed the box on my new made bed Dollie....
Can't wait to bring the truck to work this week, should be an interesting week to finally see 6 months of dragging my a$$ on my frame work. This is my first project like this so I am making things as perfect as possible.

You know Jmo, once you get your truck back on the road you are going to have a hard time keeping your little girl out of it...

And, once she gets her license, it is going to be impossible !!

Hahahahahahaha good luck with that one ! :metal:
