Window Regulators - New or Used?

Have a chance to get these used window regulators, the person says they move just fine. Think I can clean them up? Would they be better than the aftermarket units sold today?

I put my original one back in, just replaced the rollers. I do have a new-aftermarket one for sale, for the driver side.

I used an aftermarket one for the driver's side door on my '63, and it worked really good.
