I tried the new Mother's Powerball today on the wheels on my 86. I did a little writeup here:

Good write up Joe. I have been wondering about that thing myself. I'll bet that it would do a great job on a wheel that had a bit of shine already....

dang that is a great improvement

i've been wanting to get one of those but it looked so flimsy. $20 for a ball of foam  . did any of the little pieces of foam break off when you used it? it looked to me that if it were to get on the edge of a wheel anywhere that it might come flying apart. i guess i want to know if it seems like a pretty durable product, thanks. :metal:

Not really. I linked them the first time thinking that would work. When you guys said something, I just saved them to my hard drive then uploaded them to my posts.......

Looks like that would be great using with California Customs Purple.

I have been constantly seeing this product in all the magazines I pick up. The before and after results are pretty staggering - you can do the same amount of polishing in 15 minutes with this thing that would take at least 2 hours with just hand polishing.

The product is said to work really good with trim, valve covers and other things of that nature.

My brother bought 2 of them,I guess he wanted a spare. They really are great and work wonders with all different types of polishing compound. It made his wheels look near new again.
