differences in calipers

Does anyone know if there are any differences in a 72 c10 front caliper and a 84 K10 front caliper other than maybe the brake fitting?

1972 c-10 front https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...410073&jsn=470

1984 k10 https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...299708&jsn=609

the banjo bolt hole will be american / 72 and then metric for 84

the body is the same basic shape but you might need to grind a bit for a casting nub to clear hear and there . been to long since i played with that stuff to recall .

2 links tho have a few pics to show you .

Re: differences in calipers

sweetk30, thanks, I will try my 72 c10 calipers which because of the 59 straight axle have extra long rubber lines now. Just was hoping not to have to buy the 84 since the 72's are new rebuilt stuff. I have completed the gear change in the 84 GM 10 bolt to match the rear on my 59 GMC 3.07 to 3.73.

Yea, I looked at rockauto to see if they had different part numbers.
