Ford Guy with a new chevy

Hi I just purchased a 1975 k10 step side . It is missing all its badges and the sticker in the glove box I am not sure what Model it might be . It has original Air Conditoner , chrome bumpers , cloth bench seat , a headliner , full instruments including quartz clock , duel gas tanks , Cargo light , sliding rear window , Tilt Wheel and floor carpets . It does not have any fake wood or pockets on door .

Sounds like a nicely optioned Custom Deluxe...
If it still has the original seat you may find a build sheet stuffed into the springs. The SPID was sometimes affixed to the inner fender in the engine bay rather than in the glovebox.
If you go to the GM heritage center website you can download a PDF of the information package for your year truck from the Archive. https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/index.html

In the hundreds of seats that I have removed from trucks, torn down the seats to be rebuilt, I have not found 1 build sheet. Kind of a bummer.

Without badges or SPID, hard to tell what it started life as. Scottsdale is a lower trim level but this was when you could custom order lots of higher trim options on a lower trim truck. Also possible a PO added a few things since it was delivered to the first owner.

Also common to order one without a rear bumper and add one at the dealer to match the customer's towing needs.

Didn't find a build sheet in my 75's seat but did find one under my 79 Camaro's passenger seat.

Hit or miss. My 76 had a 1980 build sheet in the seat.
I found em in gramps farm truck seats but they were single owner rigs.
