trans. cooler line locations 700r4 to th350

Guys does it matter which areas/locations my trans. cooler lines are hooked to? This is on my 88 k1500 and hooked to the radiator only, it had a 700r4 stock and now has a th350. I was just wondering because I think I seen somewhere they are opposite in/out location between the 2.

I ask to make sure it'll still pump and cool and I don't burn up my trans.

anyone?

maybe I should post in the 88-98 or 73-87, it would apply to any years, esp. going from th350 to 700 which is opposite of mine.

really I swear I thought they were opposite of each other, if they're the same then I got no worries.
