New 6 lug GM wheels on a 68
 

Found a good deal on some brand new 6lug steel wheels from a 2010 Chevrolet truck. I remember reading once that there was an issue with newer GM wheels on these trucks do to the hubs. Can anyone enlighten me on if this still applies to the 2010 wheels and what the issues are?

the hole on the wheel is too smal.
Plus, the wheels will be tucked in too far. If they are narrow tires, it'll just look funny, if they are wide tires, you may not be able to turn the wheels all the way.

You can remedy both problems with wheel spacers if I am not mistaken.

I don't, but enough people ask about them.
I think the 20 inch rims off the burb might look ok-ish, but i doubt it.
The base model wheels look like poop IMO, on new trucks, or old.
