Airlift Autopilot V2

1 Attachment(s)
I've been running my bags with ghetto fill and ready to upgrade this winter to an air management system. Is anyone using the autopilot v2? I like that it seems to be a clean install with minimal parts.

I couldn't pass this up. Amazon had the whole setup this morning for $900. I've already got compressors and tanks mounted so I will be selling this compressor and tank. If you've ordered from Amazon before you know the price will change again up or down by tomorrow.

I was seriously looking at one of those systems but after researching a bunch, being it is only a pressure based system and not height sensor based, I decided against it.

Problem with pressure only systems is, if the load in the vehicle changes (i.e. extra people, extra cargo) it will not level back out unless you change the pressure on that area that would be sitting low.

Systems that use height sensors don't care what the load in the vehicle is as it adjusts to the preset height you set. You can be empty or put 1000# of stuff in and it will always ride the same height.

That said, I think this system is better than manual switches but doesn't compare to height sensor systems.

What air management system did you go with? The V2 gets good reviews online. I thought the truck rode and handled great just using the schrader valves on the bags. I never touched them all summer once I aired them upto the ride height.

I never did bags yet, just a lot of research. Though way more money, Accuair is what I will go with if I ever move to bags.

If you were happy with schrader valves, then the V2 might be a perfect system for you. The V2 looked to be a nice system and I did read good reviews but I only want to buy one system and Accuair I felt would give me what I wanted, as true auto level system regardless of cargo weight.
