'75-'80 Custom Deluxe emblem placement

Can anyone give me the measurements for locating the front fender emblem? Previous owner took them off and filled in the holes. Fenders look naked without them. Thanks!

The first thing I would do is look behind the fender @ the hinges to see if you can see how they filled the holes in. Or you can take out the inner fender see better you may just have to pop out the filler. Unless they welded them up.
