Preparing Water outlet, found out that my manifold despite the same casting number as the original has not the hole for cooling water (connection to pump), therefore I try the riser (thermostat above the opening for the hole)

Last entry from 10-18-2020, 04:56 PM , was completly frustrated, because of the not matching valve timings (tested with Summit Degree Wheel), after studing and learning alot now new hope, start soon.

Noooo! Say it isn’t so. Call it temporary, leave the door open just in case another truck happens to cross your path.

Oh man, hadn't seen this build before, was just getting into it. I've never seen such detailed care taken in engine assembly. Good luck Gerhard. Sorry to hear that you sold it, but sometimes that has to happen. Hope to see you back. It looks like you got it all together. How did it run?

I JUST came across this thread.

I knew this was going to happen :(

I gave, made, sold many parts to Gerhard and tried to give him a lot of common sense advice but being a German engineer he was determined to complicate the living dung out of everything.

I always wondered if he'd frustrate himself into packing it in which looks like finally happened - so sorry , too bad :(
