Hello

Hello everybody, my name is Mark and I currently reside in Sacramento, CA. A friend recommended this as I'm in the market for a 67-72 Chevy/GMC P/K and I'm currently negotiating for a truck with a member of this site. I look forward to being able to glean valuable information from this site and hopefully contribute as well.
Mark

JJ Funk from London Ontario, Canada. Looks like a great group to belong to. Have a 1979 Chev Stepside I have brought up from Kansas and currently redoing. I have been driving a truck since I got my drivers licence 25 years ago. My first truck was a 1978 Stepside.

JayG 03-11-2005 02:49 PM

JAY from Duncanville, TX. Recently purchased a Pro-Street 67 SWB. I'm converting rear from coil-overs to air-ride(too much bounch for my Honey to ride in!). Ladder bar with 9". I'll shoot some picts of the operation. Got to be done soon though, "Bluebonnet Cruise" coming up Aprl 8th! The "real" project is a ground up 46 Burb Street Rod. Appears to be lots of experience and wisdom on this site.

Hey folks....I'm Cantburn, I am a Lieutenant Fire-medic with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue in Palm Beach Co. Florida. I own a 1992 GMC K1500 4X4. I'm the second owner after the original owner had to give her up because of a medical condition. She is what I've always wanted and things are in the works already. Picking up an incredible amount of ideas here on the board...keep it up, you guys are making this project too easy!! See ya on the boards. [Life is but a tire swing....]

Hi

Hi everyone...
Haven't posted yet, I guess I've been a member for a bit. I have a 77 GMC swb 4x4.
4 inch lift, 35"s, 350/w350 trans. 208 case, 12 bolt and 44 axels. Warn 8274, billet grill, and lots of billet interior. Clear tails, keyless entry alarm, best mod!!
I've done everything on this truck, stock on 31's when I got it. But I have alot of other things taking up my time, so she doesn't do much right now. Anyway.....check my cardomain, page 4 I think. I will post more pics soon also.

Hi all-

My name's Mark, and I'm in northern California rebuilding a 1970 3/4 ton 4X4 p/u. Truck has always been in my family (my father drove it home from the dealer) and over the time it's been mine it's shown me why my grandfather (the original owner) refused to sell it. Pretty basic truck, but has the 350. Right now I'm replacing the bed (old one was badly battered hauling flagstone off a rockslide in Wyoming which a civil engineer swore could never be accessed by road). Looking to keep it as original as possible/feasible, though I went ahead and replaced the original split rims with solid wheels (got tired of breaking them down myself and all the odd looks I got at tire shops when I asked for radial tubes and flaps). The more I learn about this truck the happier I am- I really would like to make it into a good-looking daily driver...

Hi there nice ride.

I'm so glad that someone actually took the time to put this site together, I've liked this style forever. Right now we have three, they are nice but not quite show quality. Just something to enjoy. I'm currently in Kuwait,so for the meantime I have to slow down with the trucks.
