Carb question, maybe

My truck runs great at idle and high speed but when ever I make a U turn it stumbles a bit, only on U turns, what the? Anybody know whay this might be happening?

sounds like the float level is to high either from a misadjusted float, a leaking neadle and seat or too high fuel pressure and you are sloshing fuel into the carb throats. What carb is it?

1406 600 Edelbrock

carters are sensitive to fuel pressure spikes and will stuble if the float level is too high. Do you know how to set the float level?

Interesting, I get a similar phenomenem with my Edelbrock, when I make a fast left hander it sometimes stumbles.

I'll have to look into the float levels. Never did anything to it but open the box and drop it on a few years ago.
