should i replace any rivets on my frame?
 
about to paint my frame, when i buy the paint. should i need to replace any rivets? i am taking apart the trans crossmember to blast under it, i am gonna put it back together with some grade 8 bolts, but shold i have to do this to any other part o my frame, has anybody replaced any rivets?

I wouldn't unless you see signs of slipping or looseness. If there are markings around the head of the rivet where it looks like it has become loose and started moving around then cut it out and replace with a bolt....

If you have power steering, take a close look at the frontmost crossmember rivets near the steering box. Half of the frames I work on have torn the crossmember itself at the rivet.
I welded my C30 frame crossmember.
