hey all just introducing myself and asking a question
hey yall whats going on, dont know what to say other than i live in coos bay oregon, love the country, i have a 1977 2wd K5 blazer project right now it is all stock i believe except for a crappy lowering job that someone did on it, i am planning on making it mainly a cruiser type rig. the question i have is that im sure it has 4.10 gears cause in top gear doing 50-55 it seems to be turning pretty high rpm dont know exactly cause i dont have a tach in it yet, i was thinking of putting a 5spd in it, im just not sure what kind to put in it, i was thinking one out of another pickup, but i am probably gonna do a little drag racing with it once in a while, what kind of project am i getting into when it comes to switching from automatic to a 5spd manual, i appreciate the feedback
