Gonna clean 'er up a bit. Just drover her 70 miles home without skippin' a beat. Runs like a top, the only issue is the power steering ram bracket is snapped and will need to be replaced, needs an exhaust manifold as well. but she's a driver and will be used as such... :metal:

Looks like a keeper. You don't find one of those just anywhere. Was it hard to find her ? Are there any more out there ? I'm talking about the wife. You are a lucky guy, the perfect wife and a nice truck also. James.

Pulled the air filter and had my kid brother, (I'm too old and fat) grab the casting #s for me. 3959512 shows to be a true 327, cant wait to pull the valve covers and grab the head castings. 118k on the clock and the engine is clean... Probably gonna convert over to 134a on the A/C as well.

I opened Craigslist as usual looking for something to tinker with and spotted the ad for the 67. I talked myself out of it immediately and decided to surf the forum where I stumbled across a post about the very same Craigslist ad... AAARRRGGGHHH!!! Obviously the planets had aligned and all those sacrifices had not gone to waste....so I grabbed my wife by the shoulders spun her around in her chair, looked her straight in the eye and told her " please please please, oh baby please ......can I have this truck????" not only did she say yes, but she drove the backup rig to go get it....That is when I knew hell had surely frozen over....:lol:

Yup she's a keeper, I've been bought and paid for for close to 20 years now....wouldn't have it any other way!!!
