Question about 1990 blazer brakes

I have a 90 k5 blazer that I am putting dana 60 and corp14 axles under. I have a doner truck that has hydro-boost brake that I an grafting into the K5.
My question is this. What to do with the wires that come out of the factory proportioning valve? I assume there are two switches and that if if short the 2 pairs of wires to each other that everything will work. Or, can I just unplug the connector and be fine?

Thanks in advance
