I attached a picture of the original hubcaps for the 69-72 3/4 tons like the 1969 I have. I like the blue bowtie. But, would the stainless ones be a better choice than the originals if I painted the bowtie blue?

I think it looks damn good now, just mod a seat on the left frame rail and you're good to go. :metal:

Lol Thanks, I realized the thread rules after I Posted and didn't feel like editing. Thinking of painting those caps the correct '72 blue bowtie, but am awfully nervous about them not coming out up to my standards...

Great looking stepside. I've been looking for exactly that for a year now. If you know of another one like it let me know. :)

Do you want to see wheel covers, also? I know that's what C/10 King runs. I originally planned to tun those on my red 8"ers,then decided it would be a waste of a rare wheel. So I'll use 9" rallyes for the wheel cover set with whitewalls. That's what's cool about hub caps and wheel covers. You can switch them around.
Here are: 69-75 GMC wheel covers on stock wheels,69-72 Chevy wheel covers on stock wheels,'72 Highlander wheel covers on stock wheels, and the timeless 8" chrome smoothies with baby moons.

Those are Highlander wheel covers, which were actually borrowed from the Monte Carlo. Any 15" wheel cover could also be used. Check www.hubcaps.com
