Source for shoulder belts- Olive

I would like to add shoulder belts in my 1970 Burb. Interior is Olive so I need green belts if available. Anyone know of a source for new or used green shoulder belts. L MC doesn't appear to sell that color.

Thanks,
John

Look for a 73 - 87 PU and up to a 91 blazer or sub I believe they will work.

I have also seen corvette belts from the C3 corvette that work good and you can get it in a green that should work good.

Thanks, I'll check out the corvette belt attachment points. If you know of any required modifications that the LMC belts wouldn't need (I assume they bolt right into existing connections), let me know.

I have not done it my self but I did see a truck with the C3 setup and they bolt in with no mod needed

Thanks for the replies. I found shoulder belts in green at classic parts, specific for our vintages. Will need to see the exact shade of green when they arrive. $89.95 each and they shipped the morning after I ordered (late).

Thanks for posting this - I ordered "blue" belts from LMC and they were dark blue, not the blue of my Burb. It looks like Classic has the correct color.

Klieber, the part number for Classic Parts is 28-077. Actually, as I look at my order confirmation they are not specific to our vintages. They are listed for 47-59 and 67-87. So Wayne, I will also need to wait and see the actual shade of green when they arrive. Sell way, I will post pictures when they arrive even if they are still little.

Just based on the pictures, it's got to be closer than the blue on the belts I have now. Sorry for the quality, just a quick cell phone pic in the garage this morning.

Does anyone need belts this color? I've had them in the garage too long (still wrapped in original packaging), can't return them.

Zellway, here are some pics of the old and the new belts. The seat covers are original Olive Custom cloth trim, RPO 663. I have uploaded a lot of pictures to my photbucket album ( link in my signature). Interior is original, except the rear cargo carpet of course.

We got the the GreenBurb back from the engine/tranny shop. Rebuilt engine runs good but still a few kinks. With the factory AC in a non AC truck I didn't have the idle stop/ fast idle solenoid (maybe it had it and PO removed). Result is I have to keep idle adjusted a little high to keep it running at a light with AC compressor on and the high idle is causing dieseling. Been trying to figure out where to get solenoid. Also, high speed fan worked for a while then quit. But we are towing the trailer to a trailer rally with a car show in Lodi CA this weekend and try out the new 700R4 with original 3.08 gears. Trying to decide if we want to swap in my brother-in-laws 3.73 rear end. When we get back the Burb is off to the body and paint shop. Going to paint it original GM RPO 504, Medium Olive, inside and out. Can't wait till its wearing it's new clothes.

Pics of seat belts in your album appear to be the perfect color. Were they Olive Green? Do they mount the same in a Suburban as in a C-10?
