ebay phantom grills

Did a search on the site and older posts are saying these grills are painted silver on the front rather than polished... but all auctions I'm finding are saying polished. Anyone have first hand advice? Also am just making sure there isn't false advertisement going on out there. The 4th link is for one thats all painted black yet the price is $256, wouldn't the grill with more shine be more expensive?

I bought one on ebay for under $100 and it was polished

Mine bolted in holes already in the rad support and bumperfiller
